I have been on Virgin Voyages twice before, and I'm planning my third trip at the end of the month. One of the biggest attractions for me is that the cruises are adult only. Secondly, the cruises are very laid-back and hassle free, with the exception of trying to do pre-boarding dining reservations for a group. However, I've found the onboard personnel to be very helpful and accommodating with this and other matters to ensure the cruise experience is one you will enjoy.

Unable to access it. It is down with the message, "Something went wrong. Please try again later!" I have been trying again later for 2 months and still can't access it. I have signed into the website using the same username and password, so this appears to be an app malfunction not user error. It does not give me great confidence that the app will work onboard. Efforts to contact tech support, although relatively easy to talk to someone, has not provided a solution. We sail in June.

Errors, errors and more errors. Passport info keeps disappearing, all of a sudden I can't get in to the agenda due to an "invalid itineraryday" error that doesn't go away even with deleting the app and reinstalling it. If everything actually worked, it would be excellent.
